Shipping & Delivery

Please note that we will take 2-3 working days to process the order before handing the orders over our courier. 

1. Courier Services: Courier Service with Tracking Number (Door Step Delivery)
(Delivery usually takes between 2-5 working days)

2. Express Courier Service within 2 Days: Pickup and Deliver to Door Service at $12

3. Overseas Shipping: Sent Via DHL, just key in your Mailing Address before checking out. 

Please note that we do not have any self collection available. 
You may wish to check out our stockists/retailers too! 

Domestic Delivery (Within Singapore)
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email to notify you that your order has been shipped.

However, kindly note that delivery may meet with delays during the festive seasons and the current COVID-19 situation.

If you have chosen Express Courier service you will receive your parcel within 50 hours from the point of checkout time. Please make sure somebody is home to receive the parcel.

Please note that our courier is not able to deliver to P.O boxes and restricted zones. 

Orders will be shipped by Courier Service with Tracking information. Delivery usually takes 2 - 5 business days from the day of pick up.

International Delivery

Busy Mat ships internationally to most countries via various courier services, therefore delivery charges will vary with the countries selected. 

We sent overseas parcels via DHL.

We will inform you regarding the shipment details such as price and duration of delivery.

Please allow additional 1-3 working days in order for us to process your order. As soon as your order is dispatched from our office, you will be send an email and along a tracking number to notify you that your order has been shipped. 

However, kindly note that delivery may meet with delays due to various reasons (e.g. festive seasons, delay in custom clearance)

Please note that the shipping fee paid is not inclusive of customs and import duties (duty delivered unpaid). The customer is responsible for any additional fees required. Busy Mat has no control over these charges, nor we can predict the charges. The respective courier will contact you if there are any tax and duties to be paid. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Any amendments to the delivery details (e.g. change of recipients, delivery address) would be the responsibility of the customer.
